I graduated from Webster University with a Maters in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors Degree of Science Psychology. I am now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working in this field for 4 years but I have been walking the walk for 13 years. Learning, training and building resilience of my own in order to prosper daily.
